    (1) Select the About menu item to return to the RiserTrack main page.
    (2) Select the Calculate Pup Joint Configuration link to determine pup joint configurations.
    (3) Select one of the pup joint configurations to be used in the riser string.
    (4) Select the Generate Run Sheet link to view a run sheet.  Note that for the Demo the
          Run Sheet is static and does not necessarily reflect the Run Plan defined above.
